Shopify SEO Services that turn organic search into your most reliable revenue channel

We've helped Shopify stores add millions in revenue through organic search alone. If your store is turning over €1m+ and SEO hasn't delivered yet, let's talk about why.

Is this for you?

We work with Shopify stores turning over €1m or more, usually in marine, watersports, outdoor, or lifestyle markets. They've typically found traction through paid ads or word of mouth, but organic search hasn't had its moment yet.

If that sounds familiar, it's not bad luck. Shopify has its own set of SEO challenges that most generalist agencies don't fully understand. The stores we work with have usually tried SEO before, or know they need it, but haven't found an approach that fits how their business actually operates.

We're not the right fit for every store. But if you're established, growth-minded, and ready to treat organic search as a long-term revenue channel rather than a checkbox, we probably have a lot to talk about.

What it's like to work with us

1. We start fast

After an initial discovery call, we get straight to work. No waiting six weeks for a report that sits in your inbox. From day one we're pulling data from Google Search Console and running a technical audit through Ahrefs, and we start fixing things as we find them. The philosophy is simple: implementation beats documentation.

2. You stay in the loop without being buried

We work asynchronously by default. Updates come through Slack or email so you're never out of the picture, but you're also not being dragged into unnecessary meetings. Once a month we get on a call to review progress, talk through what's working, and align on what's next.

3. Results take time, but not forever

SEO compounds. The stores that get the most out of working with us understand that. Most clients start seeing meaningful movement in organic traffic and rankings within 60 to 90 days. From there, momentum builds. We're not the right fit if you need results by next Tuesday — but if you're thinking in quarters, we can do a lot of damage in the right direction.

What's included

This isn't a one-off audit dropped in your inbox and never spoken of again. When you work with Oglesby Media, you get an ongoing SEO partner who is inside your Shopify store every month, finding opportunities, fixing problems, and building the kind of organic presence that compounds over time.

In practice, that means your store gets more of the right pages ranking for the right searches. It means Google understands what you sell and who you sell it to. It means your collection pages stop being dead ends and start driving revenue. And it means you stop wondering whether SEO is actually doing anything.

Here is what that looks like on an ongoing basis:

Your store's technical health, maintained
Crawl issues, slow pages, duplicate content, broken links. These aren't one-time fixes - they're things that creep back in as your catalogue grows. We keep on top of them so they don't quietly cost you rankings.

Collection and product pages that rank
The pages that drive the most organic revenue on a Shopify store are collection pages. We build and optimise them around how your customers actually search, and we do the same for your key product pages.

Content that earns traffic
Not blog posts for the sake of it. We focus on content that targets commercial intent, supports your collection pages, and answers the questions your customers are asking before they buy.

Monthly reporting that makes sense
Rankings, organic traffic, revenue from organic. Reported clearly, discussed on your monthly call, and used to shape what we do next.

Why choose Oglesby Media?

We only work on Shopify

Not Magento, WooCommerce, Squarespace or whatever came through the door this week. Shopify is all we do, which means we understand its quirks, its limitations, and its opportunities better than any generalist agency will.

We implement, we don't just advise

A lot of agencies will hand you a 40-page audit and call it a deliverable. We get into your store and start fixing things from the first week. The priority is momentum, not documentation.

We know your market from the inside

We work primarily with marine, watersports, outdoor, and lifestyle brands. It's not a random selection - it's where our team spends their time away from screens too. That means we understand the products, the seasonality, the customer mindset, and the search behaviour in a way that shows up in the work.

We have the results to back it up

We've helped Shopify stores add millions in revenue through organic search. The case study above is one example. More are on the way.

FAQ

Common questions about Shopify SEO campaigns

How long until we see results?

The time it takes to see results from a Shopify SEO campaign can vary depending on several factors, but here is a general breakdown of what you can expect:

1. Initial Indexing (1-2 Weeks)

After making SEO changes to your Shopify store (such as optimising meta tags, improving site speed, or enhancing content), it can take search engines like Google about 1 to 2 weeks to crawl and index these updates. During this phase, you might start seeing small improvements in visibility or rankings, but significant results typically take longer.

2. Early Results (3-6 Months)

In most cases, it takes 3 to 6 months to start seeing measurable improvements in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions. This timeframe depends on factors like:

  • The competitiveness of your industry and target keywords.
  • The current state of your website’s SEO (whether it had any prior SEO work done).
  • How aggressive and consistent your SEO efforts are (e.g., content creation, link building).

During this period, you might notice gradual ranking improvements for less competitive keywords or pages, but competitive terms and broader visibility will likely take more time.

3. Stronger Impact (6-12 Months)

Around the 6 to 12-month mark, you should start seeing more significant gains. By this time, your site could rank for more competitive keywords, your organic traffic should grow more steadily, and you may see an improvement in conversions if your SEO campaign has been well-optimised.

4. Long-Term Benefits (12+ Months)

SEO is a long-term investment, and the best results are often seen after a year or more. By continuously optimising your store, publishing new content, acquiring quality backlinks, and improving user experience, your Shopify store will build domain authority. This helps sustain high rankings and attracts consistent organic traffic for the long term.

Factors That Influence SEO Results

  • Competition: More competitive industries or keywords may take longer to achieve top rankings.
  • Content Quality: Creating high-quality, valuable content can speed up the process, as search engines favor authoritative content.
  • Backlinks: The more quality backlinks you acquire, the faster you may see results.
  • Website Health: Technical issues, like slow loading times or poor mobile optimisation, can delay SEO results.

While it’s not an overnight process, SEO compounds over time. If done consistently and strategically, it can deliver substantial and sustainable results for your Shopify store.

What happens if we're not seeing results?

We track everything from day one so there's never any ambiguity about what's moving and what isn't. If something isn't working, we adjust. That's what the monthly call is for. We're not interested in billing hours for the sake of it. Our reputation is built on stores that grow, so it's in our interest to make sure yours does.

Do you work with stores outside Ireland?

Yes. We're a fully remote team and we've worked with stores across Europe, Australia & NZ, South Africa, Canada, and the US. Location has never been an issue. We work async by default, which suits clients in different time zones well. That said, we're an Irish business - we work Irish hours and observe Irish public holidays.

How much does Shopify SEO cost?

Our services start from €1,500 per month, though the investment varies depending on the size of your store, the state of your SEO, and what needs doing. A store with 50 products and a store with 5,000 products have very different requirements, so the number will depend on what yours actually needs. Book a call and we'll give you a clear, honest number quickly. No lengthy proposal process. We work with clients across the world and are happy to quote in GBP, USD, or AUD etc on request.

What do you need from us to get started?

We keep the onboarding process simple but thorough. Before we touch anything, we'll ask for collaborator access to your Shopify store and access to your Google properties: Search Console, GA4, and Google Merchant Centre. We'll also send you a short questionnaire covering your business, your market, your competitors, and your goals. Once that's back with us, we get on an onboarding call to go through it together and make sure we're fully aligned before work begins. After that, we get stuck in.
