At Oglesby Media, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Our SEO services are designed to provide measurable improvements and help grow your ecommerce business. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require clarification around refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds

Pre-Service Payments:
- Refunds for payments made prior to the commencement of SEO services (e.g., initial deposits) are only available if the request is made within 7 days of the payment date and before any work has started.

Services in Progress:
- Due to the customised nature of SEO, including strategy development, content creation, and ongoing optimisations, refunds for services already in progress are not typically provided.
- If you are dissatisfied with the progress or delivery of services, please contact us to discuss alternative solutions, including revisions or additional support.

Completed Services:
- Once an SEO campaign or deliverable (e.g., audit, strategy plan, content development) is completed, refunds are not available.

Subscription-Based SEO Plans:
- For monthly retainer services, cancellations can be made with 30 days' written notice. Refunds will not be issued for payments covering work already completed or scheduled within the cancellation period.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Completed SEO audits or consultations.
- Delivered website content or technical optimisations.
- Campaigns where agreed milestones have been met.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where Oglesby Media is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control, we will assess and process refunds on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our team at hello@oglesbymedia.com with the following details:
- Your name and business name.
- The service or project in question.
- A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and we will provide a response outlining the next steps.
